Best To Know

  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking.
  • Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • The package does not cover domestic or international travel. Please be aware that rates are subject to vary during high season and on blackout periods.
  • Assistance with visas will be given; however, fees are not covered.
  • It is advised to purchase travel insurance, and costs are not covered.
  • You will be responsible for paying any required hotel taxes as well as other personal expenses when you get there.
  • Required report on RT-PCR negative testing (within 72 hours of leaving India)
  • Please keep the area tidy and refrain from littering.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

  • 1st Installment: Token amount of 25% of the total package cost is to be paid as a booking fee.
  • 2nd Installment: 50% of the total amount or total flight booking amount whichever is higher.
  • 3rd Installment: The remaining amount of the total package cost is to be paid within 15 days of traveling.

Confirmation Policy

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and Refund as per the term and conditions.

Cancellation Policy 

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure - Cancellation fee will be 25% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellations made 10 to 20 days before departure - Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellation made within 10 days of departure - Cancellation fee will be 100% of total package cost.

Refund Policy 

  • The applicable Refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.
  • All the Applicable refunds will be done in the traveler payment source account.
